My Role at Sayfer
As the Lead UX/UI Designer at Sayfer, I was responsible for designing everything the company needed—from the website and internal systems to presentations and press materials.
A key part of my role was also designing a cohesive system that streamlined workflows and ensured a consistent user experience across all platforms, aligning with the company's mission in a highly technical and evolving industry.

Challenges in the Journey
Understanding THE COMPANY NEEDS
At Sayfer, a key challenge was balancing cybersecurity's technical demands with creating intuitive, user-friendly designs. I needed to ensure the design met security goals while communicating trust and professionalism to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
improving existing flows and design materials
I focused on identifying areas that could use some improvement by gathering user feedback and digging into the pain points. My aim was to refine the existing designs and develop more effective, intuitive solutions while still honoring the established elements. This way, users could enjoy a smoother transition and greater satisfaction.
diverse audience
At Sayfer, I encountered the challenge of designing for a diverse audience.
Some projects were aimed at tech-savvy users, while others were more for those who weren’t from the tech world—like accountants, lawyers, and law enforcement professionals.
This meant I had to adapt the designs to ensure they resonated with everyone, regardless of their technical background.
Optimizing the Website for better Engagement
Improving the website to be more marketing-oriented aimed at attracting more clients. This involved creating a smoother user experience and ensuring that the messaging connected with potential customers. The goal was to create a friendly and inviting space that showcased what Sayfer has to offer while encouraging visitors to explore and engage with the services.
